Single occupancy FROM £75, except in June, July and August when room rates apply.

Please note during June July August and September we will operate a minimum 2 night stay policy.  Should anyone require a stay of 1 night during this period please ring to discuss avaiability.  A small surcharge will be made for all one night bookings to cover laundry costs etc.

We regret we cannot accommodate  children under the age of 13 years or pets.

Please note that when using the triple room as a twin a small surcharge will apply to cover extra laundry.

Dinner Bed and Breakfast FROM £89.50 per person per night (3 courses with tea or coffee)

2 courses available for the smaller appetite

Please note some dinner items incur a surcharge, these items will be marked on the menu you will receive at the time of booking.

Packed Lunches available £10.00 per person

Deposits 

A deposit of one third of the total cost will secure your booking, this can be paid by  Bank transfer or debit/credit card.

The balance must be paid on arrival by cash or debit / credit card.  Deposits are non refundable (unless we have to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control, in which case your deposit will be refunded in full)

Check-in

Check-in is between 4.30pm and 6.30pm with Dinner served at 7.00pm: Please understand that we are preparing for your arrival and cannot welcome you prior to 4.30pm. if you cannot check-in between 4.30pm and 6.30pm guests are asked to notify us.  With prior notice we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals.

Check out

Check out is after 8am and before 10am.

Ways to Pay

Cash Payments - Payment can be made in cash in GBP Sterling.

Home Farm is  able to take electronic payments  on site, over the phone and for on-line bookings.  

We accept major credit/debit cards.

Bacs/Internet Banking Payments -  Please contact us for details required to pay by this method

Cheque Payments - We no longer accept payment by cheque, unless agreed in advance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check-in 

Rooms  available between 4.30pm and 6.30pm on day of arrival.

Should you be eating with us we recommend check-in before

6.30pm as dinner is served at 7pm

For the comfort of other guests we do not accept guests checking in after 9.00pm

Check-out

Rooms to be vacated by 10.00am 

Should you wish to arrive outside of the above times please contact

us to discuss your requirements, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Deposits

Reservations cannot be accepted without  receipt of a deposit of one third of the total booking fee, this can be paid by Bank transfer or debit / credit card. Deposits are non-refundable (unless we have to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control, in which case we will refund all monies received).

Cancellations

Important:  Cancellations will be charged as follows: more than 7 days of arrival: one third of reservation value (Deposit ),  within 7 days of arrival: 100% of reservation value.   If you should choose to curtail your stay, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for your booking as reimbursement for said booking.  We strongly recommend that  guests take out Travel Insurance as protection against cancellation etc.,
