Home  Farm Bed and Breakfast is close to Loch Ness and Inverness and  is the  perfect place for  all  occasions  -  birthday,  anniversary, honeymoon, a business trip, or simply a well earned break, so why not come and relax in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.  Our guest accommodation consists of three spacious bedrooms, one king double room on the ground floor, with a large king double/family room and a twin room on the first floor.  All our rooms are equipped with the highest quality pocket sprung mattresses, manufactured locally in Inverness by Blindcraft, a company that does excellent work with partially sighted or blind employees.  Our emphasis is on giving our guests a comfortable and restful nights sleep.    All  of  Home Farms rooms  are  furnished  to  a  high  standard  of  comfort  with  the amenities  expected  from  a  first  class establishment, including complimentary hospitality trays.  Central heating radiators can be adjusted individually.  All rooms afford open views to the garden or  hills beyond.

We also have a guests’ lounge and a garden room both  available for your relaxation. Local Ordinance Survey maps are availalble for guest use.  We have two outside seating areas available, one on our patio and another on our garden deck.   Weather permitting guests are invited to make use of these areas, either to enjoy a welcoming drink on arrival or to relax after enjoying an evening meal.
